After fifteen hours of sleep between night and naps, I'm starting to feel as though I may resemble a human being sometime in the near future.
The week before the week before Christmas break is hard. I still need to be teaching, but break is in sight for both teachers and students. The teaching, combined with the mfa application, combined with trying to have a life and managing a puppy with energy is overwhelming to say the least.
Today I cleaned and read Harry Potter, cleaned some more, and started to organize my bookcases upstairs (an idea floating around since Jodi did it last week). Kind of boring, but it's about all I can manage this week.
