Well, it seems I've been grounded from yoga indefinitely. A tear or over-stretching in my Achielles tendon is at fault, and though I won't be out for long I'm still irritated by it. I have to sit out today and tomorrow, but it's okay for me to do a class on Sunday night as long as I'm careful if I can stretch it without pain on Saturday night. I plan to be able to do that.
Here's the thing--I *have* to do yoga. Must. Every single day. Even when I don't go to classes (Tuesdays/Thursdays) I still practice at home. I'm going to do as much as I can tonight on my upper body/core, but a person really needs her ankles for a good solid yoga practice. Feet are foundation, don'cha know.
Other than that...all signs point to yes for a fantastic weekend.
