Okay, so this week was conferences week, which meant big time working and zero exercise. Could I have run on the treadmill? Yes. But, I don't do well without an organized activity. I love my yoga and my spin classes...I love to move and grove to music and be inspired by an instructor cheering me on. Running by myself on the treadmill = boooooooring.
But, this week is behind me, so bring on the exercise!! Tomorrow I'll be back in the yoga studio, Sunday I'll be back at spin class, and Monday I should be back into my groove.
