Okay, so to keep myself more accountable I'll keep track of the books I read here by entering all of them. Feel free to verbally pressure me to keep plugging away.
Okay, so The Colorado Kid was the shortest book I've ever read by King. It was a quick read and combined great plot with three kick ass characters. The present day setting was a newspaper office with two old news guys and their new young intern named Stephanie. They told her the story of the Colorado Kid. Turns out the story is based on a newspaper article King received from a friend.
It took me longer to read than I thought it would (or than I wanted it to) but it was worth every minute I spent on it.
Book #2 is The Inner Circle by T.C. Boyle.
