I like today. I think that overall today is a very good day. It's had a few moments for potential downslide, but I just think about class tonight and all is well.
Potential Bad: An email sent to the wrong person with a snide comment.
Good: Class tonight.
Potential Bad: I told a student to take his pop bottle out of the classroom. He stood at the door and "bowled" it down the hall way, cheering when it went all the way through the pod and into the locker bay.
Good: I have class tonight.
Potential Bad: I just found out that our start date for next year is 7:20am instead of 7:35. Fifteen minutes doesn't sound like a lot, but it's almost two snoozes and that's if I can actually get up close to on time. BUT it's okay because...
Good: I have class tonight.
