I am, as of 1:36pm, officially thirty years old.
Last night Greg and I went to the 7th Ave. Entry to see Chuck Klosterman and Mark Mallman perform together. It was awesome, although a pipe broke in the ceiling about a foot to the right of Greg and started spraying water all over the floor, narrowly missing Greg. That would have been unpleasant. The 7th Ave Entry is the tiniest venue I've ever been in and I felt for most of the evening like I was 22 years old. Wait, no, 20 because it was open to all ages so there was no alcohol. Booooo.
After the reading we went to Brits and I ate calamari and a twice baked potato. I love eating whatever I want on my birthday. I introduced Greg to scotch eggs. I love scotch eggs.
Then we went home and played on my new scrabble game that Greg got me. He was going to play a word, Hulkily or somethink, that would have been 107 points and would have put his score over 400, but he asked if I would challange him and of course I said I would, so he didn't play it and, low and behold, it's a word. HAhahahahahahahahaha.
Today I'm off to my parents house to hang out and celebrate my thirtiness. Today is a kick ass day.
