Book #14 Breakfast at Tiffany's by Truman Capote

I've wanted to read Breakfast at Tiffany's for quite some time, since it was spoofed on the X-Files. Actually, David Duchovny was spoofed via Breakfast at Tiffany's because he missed a question on Jeopardy that related to it.

So, I read about Holly Golightly and the Mean Reds. The book was different than I thought it would be. It reminded me a bit of The Great Gatsby, as if someone had written a book from Daisy's point of view. Daisy and Holly have a lot in common, I think, and there are some striking similarities between the narrator of Tiffany's and Nick, as well as other major aspects of the book.
