Jessie's mom called earlier today to let me know that Jessie's surgery went perfectly...finally. Her doctor didn't find any other signs of cancerous or pre-cancerous cells, so for the time being she's in the clear. She called about an hour ago and gave me all the gory details (which I'll spare you), and she sounded really great considering she has major surgery less than twelve hours ago.
